Qorvis Communications, the D.C.-based public affairs and public diplomacy [JB emphasis] arm of Publicis Groupe, announced that Kara Hauck has joined the firm as a vice president of public affairs.Hauck comes from Capitol Hill, where she most recently served as communications director for the House Republican Conference and its chair, Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA).
